Arrest of Dr Roy C Dart at Hesper Tops County News
Sheriff Ellingson arrested Dr Roy C Dart at his wife’s house in Hesper after a Wyoming warrant for escaping jail and nonpayment of fine. Dart had been jailed in Cody for obtaining money under false pretenses and fled. he will be held until Wyoming authorities arrive. County fair preparations include new grandstand seating, a motor dome, and a redesigned baseball field plus a revived midway.
