A law requires all public garages to keep a record of license numbers and engine numbers for vehicles taken in or held for selling rental livery storage or repairs. The total Liberty loan subscriptions fall about 275000 with Decorah Ossian Calmar Fort Atkinson Spillville Ridgeway all subscribing through local banks. Names of subscribers from Decorah Burr Oak Ridgeway Calmar Ossian are compiled and to be sent to Washington.
