State Fair finances show large improvements and deficits
The state board of agriculture closed its fiscal year with 1658.14 in the treasury and total expenditures of 8200 249.87 for the state fair and activities. Receipts reached 8128 728.50 from ticket sales and 890 916.16 from other fair sources. Net profits on the fair stood at 1820 848.
