Grand Jury Indicts 29 in Comanche County Case
The 52nd Judicial Court grand jury returned 29 bills of indictment to Judge L. McClellan. Defendants total 27 with charges including marijuana possession theft burglary and forging. Foreman W H Smith Jr led the panel with DA Leslie Vance and County Attorney Jim Dudley assisting. Arraignment ordered by Judge McClellan for 9:00 AM on Wednesday October 11.
