Several hundred Boy Scouts Explorers and their leaders will pitch tents Friday for the Spring Camp-O-Ral at Lake Eanes south of Comanche. Field events Saturday include fire craft string burning pancake cooking tent pitching first aid drills pioneering and comedy. Funeral Services Held For Willis F Thiebaud 79
Willis Franklin Thiebaud of Route 3 Dublin died May 2 in Dublin hospital from a cerebral hemorrhage. Funeral services were held May 3 at Round Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Warren McAlister and Rev. LeRoy Woolsey officiating. Interment followed at Bethal Cemetery with Masonic rites by Thompson Kemp and Casey Walling. He was a longtime deacon, farmer, rancher and active Odd Fellows and Masonic member. Survivors include three daughters, five sons, a sister and three brothers, along with 25 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren.

Farrow Still In Critical Condition
Mrs. C. M. Farrow called her daughter Mrs. K. W. Reynolds in Tokyo by transcontinental phone Wednesday night about Dale Farrow’s critical illness in a Tokyo hospital due to a ruptured blood vessel in the brain. Also on the line were Douglas, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Farrow and daughter Sharon, and Mrs. K. L. Kendrick of Pasadena. Dale Farrow’s wife and two sons are with him. At last report his condition remained critical and no change was expected for about three weeks.
