An outbreak of measles in Comanche County leads to free measles vaccine clinics on February 15 1971 organized by the Leon Valley Migrant Health project and the Texas State Department of Health. Clinics run at Leon Elementary Sidney and Gustine schools with 9 11 and 1 pm slots for children ages 1 to 10 who have not had measles or vaccination.
