Historic notes describe the Davidson public school building under construction with brick walls and fireproof features. The layout includes classroom blocks, cloak rooms, science and boiler rooms, and separate halls with stairs to the basement and upper floors. Supervisor I F Thompson oversaw progress and the plan includes a steam heating system and water supply from a pressure tank.
James English of Creek Skeft dated September 12 1927 states he will be responsible for any debt incurred by his wife after leaving the home. The declaration is filed to set terms for post separation financial obligations.
