The armistice ends hostilities with Germany at midnight Paris time. It requires evacuation of invaded territories, repatriation of inhabitants, surrender of heavy weapons and ships, withdrawal of German troops, access for Allies to evacuated areas, and a 30 day armistice with possible extension.
W N Tudor, a farmer near Davidson, hauls grain to town using a motor truck. A 9% bushel capacity grain tank built by W H Blair Davidson powers the tractor device, enabling speeds of eight to ten miles per hour.
