Public Road Expropriation By Law Proposed in Ethelbert
Municipal Council of the Rural Municipality of Ethelbert proposes to pass a by law within one month to open and expropriate a public road between sections 21 and 16 in township 28 range 22 west of the principal meridian. The road is the southern 8 acres of section 21, a 4 rod wide strip along the southern boundary, shown pink on an attached plan.
