Ass Anderson aged 59 died at home after several months illness from flu complications. Born December 21 1861 in Franklin township he lived his entire life in the county aiding land clearing drainage and development. Survived by his children Willard A Ray and Grace with Mary Alice. his wives Lenora Saidla and Virginia Hamilton and six siblings. Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Christian church with Rev. VanZant and Rev. McNary in charge. interment at Green Lawn.
