Young man dies instantly at Darlington buzz saw
Gai Lynn, about 28, was killed while sawing wood on the Oliver La Follette farm five miles southeast of Darlington yesterday afternoon. A crook ed limb caught, flinging him against the saw operated by an engine. He died before the power could be shut off. Survived by wife Letha, two children, Devon and Jean, his parents Everett and Mrs. Lynn, a sister Edith, and brothers Raymond Lester. He was a member of the Darlington Masonic lodge. The body was taken to Thorntown for burial prep. His Montana parents plan to arrive Saturday. Funeral arrangements pending.

Death of Floyd Johnson in Crawfordsville home
Floyd Johnson, 36, well known in Crawfordsville, died this morning at 12 15 at his mother Edna Johnsons home. Born on the Gravelly Run farm, he faced health challenges yet worked at real estate for a time. He belonged to the First Presbyterian church and P O S of A. County Basketball Tournament Planned by Principals Club
