Death Claims Aged Woman Elizabeth Hamilton 78
Mrs. Elizabeth Hamilton age 78 died at her home Friday at 1 30 after a three month illness from multiple diseases. Born in Logan County Ohio June 17 1843 she came to Montgomery County Indiana in 1861. She married John Peterson in 1862 who died in 1875 and later Madison W Hamilton in 1877 with five children from that marriage. Surviving are Charles Wesley Clarence John Miler Newton Boots Chaney Ray and Mrs George Golder and Mrs Lula Witzmiller who died in 1906. Funeral was conducted by Rev Baldryon and interment in the Darlington cemetery.

Farmers Institute to be Held in Darlington Library
A joint Farmers Institute for Sugar Creek and Franklin townships meets in Darlington Library auditorium on Saturday December 14 with speakers Mrs. Lewis Taylor of Newburgh and L O Chasey of Marion. Mrs. Taylor advocates home economics and community improvement for women. Chasey, a 100 acre farmer who rents 70 acres, raises pure bred hogs and cattle and promotes farm education.
