Joseph Anderson of Marion died in the Gravelly Run area while visiting his sister in Darlington. He was born December 20 1847 in Fayette County and lived a long life as a farmer and tradesman. He leaves his wife Virginia Clarkson and children Arthur Carl Lucile. siblings and extended family. Funeral services were held at the Friends church in Darlington with Rev W J Frost presiding.
