Indiana Horticultural Society meeting moves to Plainfield
The Indiana Horticultural Society held its annual session in Plainfield, Indiana, with officers elected including Joseph Gilbert as President and W. H. Ragan as Secretary. Delegates planned future meetings, admired exhibits of apples and pears, discussed fruit preservation and wine production, and visited the State Reform School.
