Nancy Elizabeth Stowe Nicolaides died Sunday at her Arlington home 2017 North Oakland Drive after three years of failing health. She was born to Oscar R. Stowe and Eva Hearp Stowe of Danville and lived in the Danville area before moving to Arlington. She attended Emmanuel Pentecostal Holiness Church.
