Prosecutors Seek Removal From Civil Suit Over Rally Entry
Federal prosecutors asked Mondaya to be removed from a civil suit against the U S Secret Service and former White House aide H R Haldeman to avoid a possible conflict of interest. The suit claims 14 people were denied entry to a Charlotte rally on Oct 1 1971 attended by President Nixon honoring Rev Billy Graham. The government sought agent names and addresses from the Secret Service by the close of business Monday before Judge James B McMillan.
