Student aims to reform prostitutes through Health and Happiness group
A 27 year old Barry College social work student started Health and Happiness of Women to decriminalize prostitution and aid sex workers. She recruits in jails and on streets to teach health, rights, and vocational skills, hoping prostitution becomes legal within 3 to 5 years while assisting women to find other work.

Countywide weather watches issued for North Carolina as multiple tornado events were reported. In Virginia, a tornado touched down five miles north of Lynchburg in Amherst County uprooting trees and damaging a drive in theater fence and ticket booth with no injuries. Concorde flights face limits at major airports
French continued from Pier Que doln F. Kennedy Airport and on one flight daily into Washington's Dulles International Airport for up to 16 months. The Port Authority of New York New Jersey, which operates Kennedy, refused, along with that decision and adopted a six month ban on Concorde operations into Kennedy Fairfax County. Va., one of two counties where the federally owned Dulles International Airport is located, also is trying to keep the Concorde from landing at Dulles. Most opposition to the Concorde is directed to the noise the plane makes during takeoff and landing. It sounds nearly twice as loud during takeoff as the loudest subsonic jets in use, the Federal Aviation Administration says.

US to Continue Quake Aid Despite Communist Rise
