Senate committee invites Nixon aide to Gray hearing
The Gray led Senate committee voted to call three more witnesses expanding hearings begun Feb. 28. Judith Hobbock, a former employee of the Committee to Re-Elect the President, testified March 10 about FBI interview questions. Thomas Bishop, a retired FBI agent, sent a telegram in response to a White House request for information on the criminal justice system. Thomas Lombard, a former treasury and justice department attorney, worked for the reelection effort and tied Dean and Liddy to campaign roles in the White House and committee.
