Plan To Harass Draft Board Members Confirmed

Washington AP reports a nationwide antiwar plan to harass draft board members was confirmed by Selective Service System officials. A 12 page mimeographed pamphlet with instructions for time bombs Molotov cocktails and sabotage devices circulated to about 327 groups.
