Virginia grants fund traffic penalties booklet and engineer seminar
The Highway Safety Division of Virginia received two federal grants under the Highway Act of 1966 to educate the public on traffic penalties. A $3,325 grant funds a booklet explaining offenses and penalties, printed by Michie Company in Charlottesville, distributed to safety councils and police agencies.
