Milk cooperative accused of boosting prices to lift federal support

AP reports 79 year old Sarah Cowan known as Baby Doll, a longtime prostitute, was arrested again on a prostitution charge in Peoria. An undercover officer said Cowan invited him to her home to have fun. Cowan, jailed in Peoria County, cited inflation and Social Security as her income, and noted she began selling services at 18. Sheriff Kennedy said Cowan has a long record, and remarked on her routine talks with officers when detained.
