Indian Who Bragged About Shootout Faces Jury
Pine Ridge AP report says David Sky, also known as David Ski, will testify before a federal grand jury investigating the killing of FBI agents Jack Coler and Ronald Williams. Sky was held as a material witness on $50,000 bond after being seized on Oglala Pine Ridge Reservation. Hubert Horse, 26, of Porcupine, appeared on an assault charge and faces a preliminary hearing in Rapid City. A second man, Herman Thunder Hawk, and Teddy Pourier were already arrested. James Theodore Eagle remains at large. A tracker dog helped locate Sky after he was released by BI A police. The FBI declined immediate comment on Horse’s possible proximity to the shooting scene.
