Cold Rains Continue In Southland

A narrow band of subzero cold lingered along the Canadian border as the southland endured a second day of cold rains. Miniature readings showed 14 below at International Falls with a 38 below morning low, while Great Lakes areas faced 10 to 20 below forecasts. Plane wreck fragments found after hunting trip impact
