Duke study links obesity in children to activity, not just diet
Duke University Medical Center researchers led by Norbert Enzer and Robert Stempfel find obese children often share low activity levels rather than vastly higher calorie intake. They study 20 youths ages three to 20, noting obesity's impact on school, psychology, and development while encouraging more exercise and social participation.
