France to attend meeting of Common Market ministers
Paris reports France will attend the European Common Market Ministers meeting despite President de Gaulle's withdrawal from Brussels talks. The other members Belgium Luxembourg Italy Netherlands West Germany and France seek conference table to advance supranational cooperation.
