Woman Killed By Youths Who Took Three Cents

In Miami Beach, Sarah Kirsch, 70, moved to escape New York crime. Robbers burst in, killed Kirsch with a cloth gag after she offered three cents. Adelaide Lewis, 81, survived with Esther Josephson, 77, recalling a 70 minute terror. Neighbors later heard cries. survivors did not require hospitalization. The robbers fled with jewelry, cash, medicines, and a safe box.
