Little People Face Job Hurdles in Boulder
Steve Norden, 21, 4 foot 2, and his wife Patricia, 4 feet tall, struggle to find work in Boulder Colorado. He works as a janitor at the Boulder County Human Resources Department earning 5 16 a night while Patricia, trained as a pediatric nurse's aide, cannot find suitable employment. Their past jobs on a ski assembly line ended due to their height and limited reach, highlighting the bias they face in the job market.
