Civitan District Convention Heads to Danville This Weekend

Miller Named Assistant To Maurice Rowe

Bruce C. Miller was named assistant to Virginia Agriculture Commissioner Maurice B. Rowe. The appointment, announced this week, is effective immediately, succeeding Archer L. Yeatts Jr. who left April 15 to join Governor Godwin's staff. Miller's prior career includes Guaranty Savings presidency beginning in 1949 and service in Civitan organizations.

Local Banquets Spark May Crusade Plans In Danville
