You may enroll in Blue Cross or Blue Shield separately but Major Medical requires both. Options include Subscriber Only, Subscriber and 1 Minor, or Subscriber and Family. Those ineligible for employer Blue Cross Blue Shield may join the Non-Group program with various room allowances.
