Thousands Cashing In On Life Lessons For College
Across the country thousands of students use the College Level Examination Program CLEP to earn college credit, saving time and tuition. Case studies include Diane Edwards, a 39 year old mother who earned junior status at Penn State Capitol Campus after one $40 CLEP test, and William Calder, 59, a civil engineer who returned to study business administration after taking CLEP. The program, growing rapidly since 1967, offers a general five part test and subject tests, with costs $40 and $20 respectively.
