Fire at Milwaukee Ladies College Saved Sixty Students

After the Newhall disaster, a fire struck a Milwaukee ladies college. partial destruction occurred but police heroic efforts saved sixty attending students. The emergency response prevented a worse loss of life.

Foot Pads Arrested After Lake City Robbery Probe

Commercial traveler Frank Rogers was robbed in the city. Henry O Neil, of Parker Bros, helped uncover the crime leading to the arrest of Chas Urie Anson Mosher and Gee Losey. Urie denies guilt Mosher to testify Losey known to Urie. Trial set for 10 in Parker hall with Melville representing the territory and Wilson Reed & Vorph for the defense.
