A London police report states a 16 year old man was arrested at Knight's Bridge Barracks after being found carrying dynamite. Authorities secured the scene and await further instructions.
John G. Mills, a well known journalist, died at his residence this morning of pneumonia.
16 Secretary Lincoln travels down the Potomac aboard the United States boat Dispatch with several naval officers on a leisure voyage.
The Evening News states about 2000 people have been arrested in Moscow on suspicion of plotting to assassinate the Czar. The report notes a broad crackdown and ongoing investigations across the capital.
In Bismarck Dakota Territory three hundred feet of the Northern Pacific railroad track on the river's west bank have washed out. Low lands are flooded and water continues to rise.
In Milwaukee the prosecution may present two witnesses to prove that Scheller, while in custody at Central Station, said he wished for a revolver and that he would blow out his brains. Scheller testified, recounting his life and alibi for the night of the fire. Cross examination did not expose contradictions.
