MILPITAS Michiel tre month old son of Mrs Emily Me Caslye 204 B street Hayward was killed last night when an automobile driven by his mother struck a milk truck head on. Driver Donald H.W. Davis 36 San Jose allegedly crossed the center line and five passengers in the Castro car were treated at Sandus Community Service hospital. In Castro Valley a creamery delivery truck driven by John T. Parich 25 of Hayward overturned injuring the driver with a concussion and lacerations. Parich was found in a pool of blood by Aspil Ferrario and Loran Roydston and transported to Provident hospital Oakland for observation. A Jackson street motorcycle accident caused possible collarbone injury to August J. Orth of Parks Air Force Base. he was treated and released.
