Hayward Hall of Justice Opens After Delays

The new Hayward Hall of Justice began operations today about two months behind schedule though the structure is not fully complete. Judge Robert Byers is shown clearing debris so court sessions can proceed as construction wraps up. The $124 million building at 24405 Amador St. will have an official opening Saturday at 1 40 p m with an open house to 4 30 p m.
