Hubert Nicholas Shuart, 39, a painter for Clarence Golden of Niles, fell 12 feet from a scaffold at Craig's Rest Haven in Warm Springs and died. He lived on Fremont Avenue with his wife and daughter. He was a World War II Navy veteran. Funeral arrangements were to be announced today.
