Mrs. Mabel Gorrell 40 of 219 Arthur Avenue San Leandro shot herself with a 22 pistol after telling relatives in a note she was fired and sorry Police reported today. An autopsy found the body after a family member notified police. The note mentioned a letter from her son in Korea and a husband Donald Carvell a tailor in town was away when she died.
