Tree uprooted by gusty winds hits homes and cars
Winds at 25 to 29 mph toppled a large Labuzaroid weeping willow at 22572 Fifth St Hayward at 10 30 am yesterday damaging Mary Trelots home windows and awnings. Hayward public works reported four uprooted trees in Castra Valley with two landing on cars. A separate tree fell on a car at 1782 138th Ave San Leandro near William Louis residence.
