Greg Gillespie of Hayward owns Sinbad the scarlet macaw and Jagger the dog. Sinbad hopped onto Jagger’s back and has been riding around, with Gillespie fashioning a bird-sized saddle but not attaching a meter. The breed of Jagger is not known.
