Bus holdup nets $130 as armed bandit robs driver
SAN LEANDRO an armed bandit held up Key System bus at Estudillo avenue and Collier drive at 1 05 this morning escaping with 130 50 from the driver's coin changer and billfold. The driver James Medlin 1083 Seminary avenue Oakland said the holdup man entered the empty bus pulled a blue steel 33 caliber revolver and demanded the money. description given as about 5 9 165 pounds 40 43 years old wearing royal blue tweed jacket and tan slacks. The robbery occurred with no passengers aboard and Medlin reported the crime after driving to the bus yard.
