A 24 year old aircraft worker was held at his Hayward home as detectives seized about 10 000 dollars worth of heroin. Alfred E Martinez was arrested as he arrived for work on Russell road near Hayward airport. Police say he may be a major supplier to addicts and linked him to a fatal heroin poisoning of Clifford Silveria. A half hour search of his Caroline drive home uncovered another heroin stash, scales, and gear.
