Sacramento Valley 62 to 68 with similar nights and 10 to 15 mph winds. Coastal Salinas and Paso Robles report 62 to 65 highs, lighter winds. North fog in San Joaquin Valley and coastal winds higher near Fort Bragg and Cape Mendocino.
