Tony Rodrigues, 97, of 1043 Ran Jeandro Blvd, was sentenced to six months in the county jail and three years probation after pleading guilty in a San Leandro court. Rodrigues was arrested last August after officers trailed him from the Mexican border to his boarding house. Sentencing occurred in Superior Court with Mik Weslinday presiding.
