Corvallis Oregon police arrest an unemployed carpenter with a lengthy record in the kidnapping of Marjorie Schubert, 8, abducted while walking home from choir practice. The driver, 42 year old Jean Godmin Sheppard of Ventura Avenue, said the pedestrian darted in front of the car and was not cited.
