Democrats petitioned in court Tuesday for a recount of Hawaii's 11,859 votes amid alleged discrepancies in about 240 precincts. The filing targets Republican presidential electors and Lt. Gov. James Kealoha, who certified Nixon 92,505 to Kennedy 92,361, leaving Hawaii with three electoral votes.
