Weather across California shows fair conditions through Friday with warmer afternoons in Mt Shasta-Siskiyou Sierra Nevada and Sacramento Valley. Valley areas report highs near 60s to 68, coastal zones 56 to 66, inland Salinas and nearby regions around 60s, while lows range from the 20s to 40s.
