Deputies arrested William Wayne Bohal 19 and davier Del Rio 19 for disturbing the peace battery and resisting arrest after a fight at a Hesparian Boulevard McDonald's drive-in. Six younger youths, ages 15 to 17, were taken to juvenile hall for disturbing the peace.

Policeman's Death Felony Charge Arraignment
John C. Cotett faced a felony manslaughter charge in Fremont Municipal Court after a two car crash near the Warvis Avenue turnoff on the Nimitz Freeway killed Newark police Sgt.
