In Fremont a 20 year old San Leandro resident John B Clark Jr was badly kicked in the Test room of Carlos Pizza by Richard Pimental a 30 year old Fremont carpenter. Pimental was arrested at the scene by private security guards and held on a 3300 bond. Clark was treated at Washington Hospital and released. The cafe was closed for the night.
