Two 14 year old boys admitted killing Lise Jorgensen, age 2, whose body was found buried under a rear porch after a house by house search by Boy Scouts and police. Lawrence Madsen confessed to strangling the girl with a dirty necktie in the basement of their three story apartment. The victim was the daughter of Arnold and Inger Jorgensen. The case unfolded amid a grim North Side mystery as authorities quoted Madsen saying he did it on impulse. Police found the crude grave marked with a note reading Mother's prayers will follow me.
