Plan Change Denied On Fence Issue
Mrs. Emory and her husband faced a fence plan dispute in the Benios Wather subdivision. After meeting with Frank Rodriguez, homeowners association officials, and local figures, Emory reportedly changed her stance and agreed to a branchyard planter. Deed restrictions remain in effect, and petition signatures may push for a rule change, though their impact is uncertain.
