Unruh Blames Opponents Over School Bill Fight

Sacramento AP reports Assembly Speaker Jesse M. Unruh accuses a well organized public interest group of opposing his school district revision bill. He says the reaction is a manipulated form of a bettter campaign run by administrators and school boards. His plan would cut California school board members from 800 to 800? and reduce districts from 1583 to 108 while boosting state aid by 75 million for 1965 66 and saving 57 million yearly through better administration.
